Urethane Work Soles are soles for work boot crafted mainly of polyurethane and bonded to boots via a direct attach welt. These are commonly more slip resistant or softer than their rubber counterparts. This increases comfort and reduces break in. Red Wing Boots 2.0 and Dynaforce are famous examples of this.
