They are usually a bit stiffer and heavier than their Urethane counterparts and get mounted to Goodyear Welts via a combination of cement and stitching. Logger Boots or most boots that have Vibram outsoles from Thorogood, CAT or Red Wing. The Vibram 132 (Stars and Bars) is very popular.
